At Vallen Wear, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number.

  3. Explain the reason for the return.

  4. Await further instructions from our support team.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised products

  • Final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
